Hey guys,

I'm buying myself a Xmas gift for my car, having a hard time deciding what to get though, its either the Revozport Duckbill Trunk in CF 2x2 Weave, or wrap the entire car with vinyl. I've seen a few members with Red GT-Rs and a duckbill trunk and it looks awesome, but I also hate seeing some of the light swirls and scratches on my car in the sunlight, which is why im debating wrapping my whole car. Also washing a wrapped car should be a lot easier which is a huge plus for me.

Here are some colors i was considering..Oh and i would be wrapping the front lip / sides / rear diff. in matte black either way

edit: You must be talking about the colours on the cars. In that case I'd go with that Lambo blue wrap. Now that would be unique.

But if you do the vinyl option, I agree with the person above.

 

Out of the choices for exterior modifications, I agree with krea.tion, the lambo blue wrap looks the best.

Overall however, I think the best choice of the bunch is the Cobb AP with AAM Midpipe.

 

thats Jeffs, evo8ers car, its painted then wrapped just fyi. I would go with the last option power route, helps with sound too which is the best first step to any GTR

 

Thanks for the suggestion guys. I'm really debating the power mods as I would hate to lose my warranty. Would you guys say the power difference between a stock 10 GTR and a tuned / midpipe 10 GTR is very noticeable?

I agree, it looks awesome.

I have always wondered something about wraps, say a little stone hits it like it would regular paint, is the vinyl easy to rip?

Say it gets a little hole and you don't notice it and rain gets in there coupled with any air pressure generated while driving, does it make a mess of the vinyl?

Its doesn't seem to me like something that you could just stick a new piece over to cover up the hole etc.

Either way it looks bad ass, Id get the whole car wrapped in a big picture of me (if it were mine) and i'd be snarling and have a grizzly bear like stance with my claws out and then when I pull up beside people Id have a GTR that has me all over it snarling and howling etc.

Talk about the essence of cool.
